You can synchronize your Redcloud calendar and contacts on your iPhone using CalDAV and CardDAV.
Because Redcloud uses secure Keycloak login, you must first create an app password and then use that password on your iPhone.
Before you start
You need:
• your Redcloud email address
• your Redcloud login password
• your iPhone
Server address used by Redcloud:
redcloud.be
Step 1. Create an app password
-
Open Safari
-
Go to https://redcloud.be
-
Log in with your Redcloud username and password
-
Open Account settings
-
Go to Security
-
Find App passwords
-
Click Create new app password
-
Enter a name, for example iPhone
-
Click Create
-
Copy the generated password
Important:
• this password will only be shown once
• you will use this password on your iPhone instead of your normal login password

Step 5. Verify synchronization
Open the Calendar app on your iPhone.
Your Redcloud calendar should now appear.
Open the Contacts app.
Your Redcloud contacts should now appear.
You can create a test contact or event to confirm synchronization.
Important
Redcloud uses secure Keycloak login.
Because of this:
• your normal Redcloud password is used only for the website
• email apps, calendar apps and contacts apps must use an app password
• you can create separate app passwords for each device
Troubleshooting
iPhone keeps asking for a password
Check:
• you used the app password, not your normal password
• the username is your full email address
Contacts or calendar do not appear
Open:
Settings → Contacts → Accounts
Settings → Calendar → Accounts
Make sure the Redcloud account is enabled.
